Being 101 years old doesn’t mean you can’t participate in the Legacy Centenary Torch Relay 2023.
Suncare customer Mabel Matthews, a true inspiration to us all, proudly lit the cauldron at Bundaberg’s Legacy House.
The nationwide journey commemorated the 100th anniversary of Legacy, an iconic charity dedicated to providing support to the families of deceased and seriously injured Australian Defence Force personnel. The event saw more than 1000 torchbearers stop at 100 destinations on an estimated 50 000km journey.
