Our AHPRA-registered nurses will offer professional clinical care and a preventative approach to your health. By working to identify issues that may need management, we will foster your independence, safety, health and wellbeing. Your privacy, dignity and decision-making will always be our focus and at all times, our staff will work closely with your GP, health care team and Community Care Provider.
Suncare’s nursing team will provide holistic and flexible care in the comfort of your own home. We will always provide support and advice in line with best practice and Aged Care Quality Standards.
Services include:
- Wound management
- Catheter management and stoma care
- Skin integrity management
- Medication reviews, administration and management
- Continence assessments
- Diabetes management
- Chronic disease management
- Initial visit will include a comprehensive holistic assessment
- Plan current and future care needs
- Open communication with your health care stakeholders
Eligibility:
– Fee for Service (invoice will be sent to customer)
The Suncare Nursing Clinic at 2-6 George Street, Maroochydore offers professional and friendly
nursing care to those over 65.
Services include:
- Navigation of Care
- Wound Care
- Chronic Disease management
- Continence management
- Medication review and guidance
- Diabetes management
- Catheter management and stoma care
- Referrals to appropriate allied health specialists
- Help with applications and advocacy for additional funding
- Provide care in line with hospital discharge and GP Care Plan
Clinic Opening Hours
- Tuesday 9am – 1pm
- Friday 9am – 4pm
