Rosemary Hill, will be celebrating Mother’s Day in a low-key fashion this year with possibly her two sons and daughter somewhere close to home and without too much fuss.
“Mother’s Day is a lovely celebration of the family you have created and I really enjoy taking the time to reflect on the connections that I have with both my children and my grandchildren,” said Rosemary.
Rosemary has lived with her son Eden – who is her full-time carer – and their two cats for 16 years.
“Eden is such an amazing support to me and I am so grateful to be able to share this time with him.”
Rosemary loves being in her own home. With some assistance from Suncare, Rosemary enjoys her time in the garden and is also an avid artist – a skill passed on from her father.
“It is wonderful to be able to have the garden and I regularly take my easel out and paint when I can.”
“My eleven year-old granddaughter has taken a keen interest in art over the years and I like to think that there is a creative legacy that is being passed on through the generations.”
