Suncare is a Queensland-based not-for-profit that's been supporting older Australians since 1970. What began as a volunteer Meals on Wheels service on the Sunshine Coast has grown into a trusted provider of in-home care, nursing, and community support across South East and Central Queensland.

Our local team operates from our Community Hub on Denham Street, Rockhampton City, supporting people across Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Gracemere, Gladstone and surrounding areas.  Helping them stay independent, connected, and comfortable at home.

We're not here to take over. We're here to lend a hand: on your terms, in your home, in a way that feels right for you.
