Your Role as an Associated Provider
As a Suncare Associated Provider, you’re a vital part of our community. This article explains your responsibilities and how you help us deliver outstanding care.
Being an Associated Provider with Suncare means you play a crucial role in helping older Australians feel safe, supported, and valued. Your work directly impacts the quality of life for our customers, whether you’re delivering personal care, clinical services, allied health, or home maintenance.
What You Do:
- Deliver scheduled services: Arrive on time, provide services reliably, and communicate clearly with customers.
- Support wellbeing: Offer clinical or therapeutic care that promotes health, independence, and happiness.
- Maintain safe homes: Help keep customers’ homes functional, comfortable, and safe.
- Notice and report changes: You are often the person our customers see most regularly, so you’re in a unique position to notice changes in their health, mood, or environment. If you see something concerning, let us know promptly.
Every interaction you have with a customer is an opportunity to make a positive difference. We value your partnership and want to ensure you have everything you need to do your best work.
