•    In an Emergency: Always call 000 for immediate assistance from emergency services.

•    Care Partner: Your dedicated Care Partner’s name, direct phone number, and email address are provided on each purchase order email. This person is your first point of contact for any questions or updates about a customer’s care.

•    Supplier Management Team (SMT): For general queries, contract matters, or support outside office hours, contact the SMT at suppliermanagement@suncare.org.au or call 07 5475 5495 during office hours. For urgent issues after hours, call 1800 786 227.

•    Contracts Coordinator: For questions about contracts or compliance, email contracts@suncare.org.au or call 07 5475 5476 during office hours. The after-hours number is 1800 786 227.
