Hi I’m Jesse.

I have a Diploma in Counselling and I am in the final year of my Bachelor of Psychology Science degree. I started my journey in the disability sector more than ten years ago working in emergency and disaster relief and case management roles. I am experienced in working with people living with mental health challenges, particularly those living with mood and anxiety, trauma-related and substance use disorders. I also have practice in supporting people navigating the criminal justice system.

I am passionate about assisting people, and helping to identify and develop their strengths. I truly believe each person is an expert on their own life and that my role is to support them to achieve personal, social and emotional wellbeing.  

I am mum of one son and four bonus step daughters. I love living on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, our beaches and spending time with our cheeky dog, Tama.
