About you
Organised, efficient, enthusiastic and focused on customer service excellence, you’ll support Suncare teams and facilitate a positive customer journey for Suncare customers. We are looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social or Human Services and/or equivalent industry experience and transferrable skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of community sector support services and application of customer service/quality improvements.
- An ability to formulate service responses within funding guidelines to meet social, cultural and emotional needs.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, organisation skills and counselling, briefing and negotiation skills.
- Open Driver’s Licence and willingness to use own vehicle for work.
