About you
Committed to helping customers achieve health and wellbeing goals, you will actively participate in evaluation and continuous improvement processes to support their ability to live independently at home. We are looking for:
- Relevant Allied Health Qualifications and professional registrations applicable to your role.
- Open Driver’s Licence and willingness to use own vehicle for work.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening and the ability to establish trust and rapport to deliver appropriate in-home health services for customers.
- An empathetic approach and respect for confidentiality.
- Current First aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
