Event Essentials – Here’s What You Need to Know
- Food & beverages: Suncare is delighted to provide catering and two beverages per person at each celebration. For those who wish to purchase additional beverages, a cash bar will be available.
- Location flexibility: While we encourage everyone to attend the celebration in their work region, but understand some may be closer to another venue—feel free to choose the location that’s most convenient for you. As much as we’d love to celebrate together everywhere, team members are invited to join just one celebration of their choosing in 2024.
- Responsible celebrating: We encourage everyone to celebrate responsibly. If you plan to drink, please make arrangements in advance for a safe journey home. Let’s make it a memorable and enjoyable event for all!
- Dress code: Embrace the season in Tropical Festive Chic – think classy, with a splash of fun! Please choose attire that is culturally respectful, avoids any offensive costumes or face paint, and provides suitable coverage for a workplace celebration.
