What inspired you to take this role at Suncare?

Suncare’s mission to empower individuals to live independently, combined with its commitment to delivering compassionate, community-focused care, deeply resonated with me. This role allows me to make a meaningful impact within an organisation that places innovation, care, and people at its core – values I strongly identify with.

What are the biggest opportunities you can see here?

Suncare is uniquely positioned to lead the transformation of care services in an evolving landscape. Key opportunities include strengthening our workforce, leveraging technology to elevate service delivery, and creating innovative care models that set us apart in the aged care and community services space.

How do you plan to foster a culture of inclusion and belonging in our organisation?

My expertise spans driving complex organisational transformations, designing and implementing workforce planning strategies, and cultivating collaborative and inclusive workplace cultures. Leveraging this extensive background, I am well-positioned to support Suncare’s mission, empower its workforce, and drive innovative solutions that align with the organisation’s future needs and evolving priorities.
