The Sunshine Coast’s Nandjimadji Art Group recently finished its successful three-month mixed media exhibition Walan Giiny held at the State Library of Queensland.
Walan Giiny (meaning Strong Heart) featured works from 25 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders living with a disability who told their stories through art works on canvas and painted objects.
